LESSON ABOUT COOKIES

The company KyoPrint s.r.o. , IČO: 29206294 , with headquarters at Legionářská 231/15, 66434 Kuřim , which is the operator of the website www.pixadoart.com, uses cookies to collect and process personal data in order to ensure the functioning of the website and its improvement, setting user preferences, statistical data generation or advertising targeting.

Here you can learn what cookies are, what they are for and how they are used. Or learn what to do if you want nothing to do with them. How we process personal data can be found in our Personal Data Processing Policy .

What are cookies?

Cookies are small data files that are stored on your computer or phone when you visit a website or use online services.

They are mainly used to make the website and services work at all or to make them work more efficiently.

Example: Try to imagine, for example, that you put the goods in the basket, but then your computer turns off, the Internet goes out or you simply leave the website and after some time you change your mind about buying the goods after all. Thanks to cookies, the website is able to recognize that it is you who is returning and what goods are left in your basket.

What is it used for?

Some cookies are required for technical reasons in order for our website and services to function at all. We must therefore always use them for the site to function at all, and therefore we mark them most often as " necessary ".

Example: Surely some website has already asked you to verify that you are really a person and not a computer program trying to attack the page. Mostly you have to copy some text from the image or select all fire hydrant photos among a series of images. Cookies from this category remember that you are a person and will not burden you and the site's servers with repeated authentication.

Other cookies allow the website to remember information about your preferences as a user, such as the language in which it should be displayed when you visit it again. Due to their function, we refer to these cookies as " preferential ".

Example: Have you ever visited a bilingual website? Definitely yes. Once you set your preferred language, it would certainly be very annoying to have to set it every time you visit a website, or even click through each subpage while browsing the same website. These cookies remember your settings and the page will always be displayed in your preferred language.

Other cookies help us collect information about the use of the website, such as the number of visitors, or the time you spend on individual parts of the website. As their purpose suggests, these cookies are called " statistical ".

Example: The number of website visitors, unused bookmarks and the number of people who do not complete an order due to a too complicated purchase process and many other statistics that help us and you create a better experience on our website.

Cookies can also serve to enable us to display relevant advertising to you, including on other websites or social networks. Thanks to these cookies, it will not happen that we, for example, show you an advertisement for running shoes when you search for conditioners. We refer to these cookies as " marketing ".

Example: Imagine that you order, for example, pajamas with a print. Cookies from this category will ensure that after some time, for example, when you start a video on YouTube, you will not be bothered by an offer of a favorable liability insurance, when you may not even have a car, but you will be shown an advertisement telling you that there is a favorable offer to buy on our website related assortment.

You can find a list of the individual cookies we use, including their individual names, provider, purpose, type and expiration date  Cookie settings.

What services are related to the use of cookies? Which of our providers use cookies?

Since we use some of these providers, such as Google, Facebook, etc., not only in connection with cookies, we provide summary information about them in our Privacy Policy .

How can I prevent the use of cookies?
