PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

KyoPrint s.r.o. , with its registered office at Legionářská 231/15, 664 34 Kuřim (hereinafter referred to as the " address of the registered office "), ID number: 29206294, a company registered in the commercial register of the Regional Court in Brno, in section C 65617, represented by Tomáš Kyanka, managing director (hereinafter just “ we ” or “ administrator ”).

We do not take the protection of personal data lightly. In these policies, you will learn for what purpose, for what reason and how we process your Personal Data. You will also find information about your rights in connection with the protection of personal data.

We need some Personal Data to fulfill the purchase contract, we process some Personal Data based on our legitimate interest. For some Personal Data, we are required by law to process them (for example, bookkeeping). In some cases, we use Processors who may have access to your Personal Data. These are, for example, accounting companies or marketing specialists. In the event that it becomes necessary, we will request your consent for the processing of personal data.

When are we an administrator? In relation to Users, we are the controller of Personal Data. You have entrusted us with some information about yourself (e.g. your name and e-mail) in order to register in the E-shop. is any operation or set of operations with Personal Data or sets of Personal Data that is carried out with or without the aid of automated procedures, such as collection, recording, arrangement, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, inspection, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or any other disclosure, sequencing or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction;

Special category of Personal Data

we do not process this personal data. This is data that we understand to be more sensitive. They concern, for example, what your ethnic origin is, what your sexual orientation is, whether you are in a trade union or how you are doing in terms of health and what your faith is. Genetic and biometric data are also considered a special category of data if they are processed for the unique identification of a natural person.

  • WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS ABOUT YOU AND HOW?
  • How do we process your personal data? We process your Personal Data only to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose for which the data were collected and we comply with security technical and organizational rules when processing them. The Personal Data processing process is automated, but we do not perform profiling. The specific purposes of data processing and categories of personal data that we process for individual purposes are detailed in the following section .

     Login to the user account and behavior in the user account (in particular data filled in by the User in the user account, purchase history, time of registration, date of last profile update)

     Comments added by you to our posts on social networks (especially Facebook, Instagram), as well as the name (nickname) of your profile on these social networks and publicly accessible information on your profiles

    Special category of Personal Data. We do not process any sensitive Personal Data about you.

  • If you visit our website, we process your Personal Data for the purposes listed in this table. If you are interested, you can sign up on the website or via email to receive commercial communications or similar promotional material that we prepare for potential buyers of our goods. In order to sign up for the business communication, it is necessary that you provide us with your consent some of your personal data for their processing.

    By sending a question, you express your consent with the processing of Personal Data for the purpose of handling the inquiry.

    In order to process the inquiry, we process the Personal Data that is necessary to process it. Communication takes place by phone, e-mail, or directly on our website.

    Closed questions are deleted regularly, but no later than 3.5 years after the question was asked.

    Sending commercial messages (direct marketing).

    You have agreed to receive newsletters. If you do not want to receive the newsletter, you can unsubscribe in the e-mail footer.

    We send a newsletter in which we inform about our goods, services and news.

    The data is processed for 2 years from the last active viewing of the newsletter, unless you unsubscribe earlier.

  • If you create a user account with us, we will process your personal data to the extent necessary for the purpose of maintaining the user account and processing the Order. If you are interested, you can sign up on the website or via email to receive business communications or similar promotional material that we prepare for existing customers.

    Processing of the Order.

    In order to be able to purchase goods from our e-shop, you need to go through the Order process. By completing the Order, the Agreement between us is concluded. This is the performance of the Contract .

    During the Order, you enter your name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, contact and delivery address, invoicing information, or information in the notes.

    You provide us with this data when filling in either as part of registering for a user account or during the Order.

    The data are processed for the duration of the Agreement, or until they are handed over and subsequently for a period of 4 years from the end of the Agreement.

    Complaint. In order to handle the complaint, we will process some personal data in order to comply with the legal obligation and also fulfilled the concluded Agreement .

    Name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, information about the concluded Contract, delivery and necessary payment information.

    You provide us with these Personal Data for the purpose of purchasing goods on our e-shop, we process the Order and then fulfill the obligation set by law or the Contract.

    We will process your Personal Data for the duration of the customer's contractual relationship with us and subsequently for a period of 4 years after its termination.

    User account.

    If you create a user account, we will process your Personal Data to the extent necessary. We process personal data on the basis of the concluded Agreement .

    Data filled in during registration, especially your e-mail and other contact data (see above).

    The scope of Personal Data processing may vary depending on which Personal Data you enter in your User Account.

    You provide us with this data when creating a user account.

    We process your Personal Data for this purpose for as long as the user account exists.

    Communication with customer support, requests and complaints.

    By sending an inquiry, you express your consent to the processing of Personal Data for the purpose of handling the inquiry, or Personal Data are processed on the basis of the concluded Agreement .

    First name, last name, phone number, email, invoice number and user account.

    Communication with customer support takes place by phone, e-mail, or directly on our website. Calls are not recorded.

    Closed questions and complaints are regularly deleted, but no later than 3.5 years after the question or complaint was resolved.

    Marketing, especially sending commercial messages.

    For our customers, we can send the newsletter based on a legitimate interest in improving and promoting our goods and services or to those who have given their consent to the sending .

    We send a newsletter in which we inform about our goods, services and news.

    The data is processed for 2 years from the last active viewing of the newsletter, unless you unsubscribe earlier. If you do not want to receive the newsletter, you can unsubscribe in the e-mail footer.

    Satisfaction rating. We have a legitimate interest in finding out whether you were satisfied with our services and also with the goods ordered from our e-shop.

    Name, surname, e-mail of the customer and information about the ordered goods.

    Unless you previously object to this (e.g. as part of the Order), we will provide some of the Customer's Personal Data to a third party for the purpose of evaluating customer satisfaction.

    We process the data for the duration of the customer's contractual relationship with us and subsequently for a period of 4 years after its termination.

    Review.

    If you decide to write a public review of our products, you agree to its publication, including the given name and surname or nickname, the text of the review, the number of stars and an optionally inserted image or photo, and the processing of other necessary personal data.

    You voluntarily provide us with your personal information in order to write a review and publish it.

    Reviews are included in the withdrawal of your consent, we process any personal data for a maximum period of 5 years.

    Bookkeeping.

    Based on the concluded Contract, you will pay us the purchase price of the goods and transport. We provide you with accounting and tax documents, which we then archive and further work with for the purposes of proper accounting and the fulfillment of legal obligations.

    Data on the invoice : name, surname, e-mail address, billing address, or other identification of the User and details of the fulfillment of the Order. Data on the tax document : name, surname, e-mail address, billing address, or other identification of the User and details of the ordered goods.

    After filling in the payment information in the profile, we save this information to create the invoice. We fulfill a legal obligation .

    We are legally obliged to archive accounting documents and accounting records (invoices) for a period of 5 years starting from the end of the accounting period to which they relate. We are also required to keep the invoice for a period of 3 years from the end of the tax period in which the tax liability related to the invoice arose. We are also obliged to archive tax documents for a period of 10 years from the end of the tax period in which the transaction took place.

    Compliance with legal obligations.

    In certain cases, we have to process your personal data in order to fulfill the obligations established by law.

    In particular, this may be the name, surname, e-mail address, invoicing data or other identification of the User.

    In this case, we process your Personal Data in order to comply with applicable legal regulations (fulfilment of a legal obligation).

    We process your Personal Data for the period specified by the relevant legal regulations.

    Legal obligations. In addition to our Processors, we may transfer personal data to third parties if this is required by law or in response to the legal requirements of public authorities or at the request of a court in legal disputes.

  • WHAT MEASURES HAVE WE TAKEN TO PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
  • Technical and organizational measures. Security is very important to us and that is why we constantly work to ensure that your Personal Data is protected. When choosing measures, we take into account the scope of processing, the riskiness of processing or the state of our technology.

    • we use a secure https protocol;
    • our data on servers is encrypted
    • we encrypt data using SSL/TLS for all data transmission
    • access passwords to information systems and access authorizations are controlled at the level of individuals.

    Organizational measures. We have adopted and are committed to maintaining the following measures:

    • our employees are bound by confidentiality;
    • our employees are properly trained and also receive further regular training regarding the GDPR and familiarize themselves with the rules of safe work on work equipment;
    • Access to all systems, including the information system, is personalized and covered by secure passwords;
    • the information system registers logs so that we can control the access of employees to individual Personal Data of Users.
  • YOUR RIGHTS AND OPTION TO SUBMIT A REQUEST REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
  • In connection with the protection of personal data, you are guaranteed the rights described below, which you can exercise by emailing info@pixadoart.com .

    How quickly will we process your request? We will reply to you within one month at the latest. If the provision of information would threaten the privacy of other persons, or the provision would be disproportionate to the risks or costs of providing it, it is possible that we will not be able to satisfy you. In order to process your request as soon as possible, it is possible that we will need to verify your identity from you. In the event of a repeated request, the administrator will be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for a copy of the Personal Data.

    Right of access

    We will confirm whether we are processing your Personal Data. You have the right to information about the purposes of processing, categories of personal data, recipients to whom they are made available, and the time of processing. You have the right to know whether a right has already been exercised. It is also assumed that the rights and freedoms of other persons and the copy of personal data will not be adversely affected.

    Right to rectification

    Based on your request to correct inaccurate personal data, we will correct such data. You can correct some data in your user profile.

    Right to erasure

    If there is no other reason to process this data further, then we will delete or anonymize the data requested by you.

    Right to restriction of processing

    Please contact us if you believe that we are processing data incorrectly. Whether it is the reasons for the processing or its scope.

    The right to be notified of correction, erasure or restriction of processing

    If you contact us with a request, we will inform you of the result. Sometimes we may not be able to comply (e.g. the email address you wrote to us from no longer works).

    Right to portability

    We will provide your Personal Data, which you have provided to us in a structured and machine-readable format, to another administrator at your request.

    The right to object

    If we process your data based on a legitimate interest (e.g. sending a newsletter to Users). It is up to us to prove our legitimate interest. If your objection is justified, we will stop processing Personal Data.

    Right to withdraw consent

    If you've changed your mind, please let us know. Processing related to marketing and business purposes can be revoked at any time.

    Automated individual decision-making including profiling

    You don't want a computer to decide about you? We respect your right, so we do not perform profiling. We process Orders, so your Personal Data can be processed automatically.
